This monitor features excellent picture quality with eye-popping level of visual detail thanks to its Wide Quad High Definition (WQHD) resolution (3840 x 1600 pixels), making movies, games and sports come to life. With WQHD display, the 38UC99 monitor surpasses resolution for a basic HD monitor by more than 4 times and features an extra wide screen that facilitates better multitasking with the ability to display more open program windows than a conventionally proportioned monitor.

The monitor’s excellent picture quality can also be attributed to its curved In-Plane Switching (IPS) display, which is capable of expressing 99 percent of the sRGB color space at 300nits of brightness. LG’s Curved IPS displays deliver greater color accuracy, enabling colors to appear crisp and lifelike without distortion.
