Expansive Whole Home System

       The video system incorporates 24 independent video zones with 7 video source options. The distributed video content is received by a Crestron DM Switch in our centralized rack then sent and received by Crestron DM-RMC-4K-110-C 4K HDMI receivers throughout the house. Whether it’s the laundry room or just guest bathroom #5, all video locations are centrally distributed with access to the rack sources complemented by an elevated audio experience through the distributed speakers. Most rooms have a Crestron TSR-302 touch screen remote for the AV, HVAC, lights and shade control in a particular room. Due to the clients request to conceal some video locations we’ve incorporated a Seura mirror TV in the master bathroom and a Media Decore art screen in the master bedroom. Additionally in a few critical areas where an elevated audio experience was desired and aesthetics were paramount we have custom built Leon sound bars in three locations complimenting the video solution.
The audio system incorporates 46 independent zones with 13 source options. The house audio is distributed by a Crestron Sonnex SWAMP multi room system. Those zones of audio collectively have 110 amplified channels of audio. Most zones have either handheld remote controls in video areas or Crestron C2N-CBD-E-A-S convenience controls in each space, there are 39 simple keypad locations tied to the system for easy convenience controls.
The security system has three touch screen keypad control locations. There are twenty nine contacts around the property monitoring not only the main doors and garages but also the various maintenance doors in the lower level. We have nineteen glass break detectors and seven motion detectors. Five water sensor locations keep an eye on mechanical devices and likely areas to have water leakage around the property.
