This home is in the exclusive "Bella Collina" resort located in the central Florida plateau near Orlando, unlike the rest of the state, this area offers residence rolling hills and beautiful vistas. The home was built on the shore of a large private lake, the builder wanted to take full advantage of the beautiful views and fully enjoy the outdoor "Florida Lifestyle"

Bella Collina is modeled after a small Italian town and features a full PGA Golf course designed by legendary golfer Sir Nick Faldo, also a Bella resident. Sitting on a Hilltop, the 60 thousand square foot clubhouse is more of a castle than than club. When you are here, you would swear you are in Tuscany.

Entertaining clients often, a special emphasis was placed on the outdoor living and pool areas.

The home is both a personal residence, and a showcase of the builders skills, so innovation and a low impact installation ruled the day. The home needed to be bold- state of the art, yet this absolutely had to have a minimal impact on the interior design.
