Customized keypad buttons to alert the family for dinner named "Feed-Me" all for a single button press that not only flashes the lights but also sends and audible notification to specific rooms in the home.

A centralized equipment location to hide the homes technology infrastructure. The gear must support current and evolving technologies on the market while providing connectivity to future, more demanding options via the fiber-optic infrastructure.

       The client wanted a system that allowed them the ability to control the homes lighting from easy to read keypads that were strategically located throughout the home as well as color touch-screens for interfacing with the homes technology as well as a voice and video intercom system. We were to provide intuitive control over lighting, music and even video playback from the keypads, touch-screens and client smart devices such as iPhones and iPads.

The design required consideration that created minimal intrusion of technology into the living space while allowing ample access to the systems the clients use most such as TVs without having the clutter of the source devices located in each room.

A premium movie experience where the client can access their favorite movies anywhere in the home using the 4K Kaleidescape Strata.

GARAGE DOORS, CCTV, MUSIC, VIDEO, LIGHTING. HVAC all controlled from touchscreens and smart devices.

       Breakfast area TV integrated into the kitchen island to provide the clients a display to access the homes (8) video sources while dining. A Sunbright TV seamlessly mounted on the brick fireplace also connected to the homes video system. Planar 75" display for the playroom to provide the most reliable performance that also provides a shatterproof display for the kids Nintendo Wii controllers that may fly through the air from time-to-time. A study TV that "floats" to the edge of the built-in cabinets to provide an elegant look in study


Touchscreens from Control4 provided at every entry point allow for instant access to the homes alarm system and all other automation functions. Press the "goodbye" button and the home reacts to the commands programmed to shut the home down in a reliable and safe manner.

24 zones of house music using Origins speakers and Triad matrix and amplifiers, created the perfect combination for the clients listening needs.

CCTV system becomes accessible at any TV in the home at a click of the button.
