Digital Delight has changed from the traditional custom solutions & is now providing the recognizable name branded technology solutions. We simplify each homes systems by removing the traditional central control rack & utilizing more hub / app based systems that allow us to local sources or as we call it "Sylo" all of the AV & control components to each individual rooms. Utilizing more consumer based products has given us the opportunity to close more sales & provide more solutions & services to our clients by saving them money with more consumer based products. Our primary control system is from Logitech's Harmony line. We utilize security systems from known companies like RING & NEST. Our preferred audio systems for theater rooms & whole house audio is SONOS & lighting control is done with Lutron Caseta or RA2 Select. To help out clients save on wasted energy we sell a lot of Nest Thermostats & Rachio sprinkler systems. Finally as the backbone to these WiFi based systems we utilize Eero to create a reliable wireless network for all these devices to join onto. When utilizing these types of products & price points it brings our average ticket between $5K - $15K mark with installation included. We are now able to sell more projects due to these reduced price points & complete more projects in a timely manner. Most importantly these types of systems are showing to be more reliable than previous higher end custom equipment we have worked with in the past. Working with manufactures that have created a quality products help save us on return visits for defective items & should there be a problem with any devices the RA & swap out time is immediate getting our client back online generally the same exact day. Over all changing our platform from a "Custom Technology Provider" to a "Consumer Technology Solutions & Service Provider" has greatly impacted our business for the better. We learned that even with these off the big box store shelf "D.I.Y." products our clients still prefer a professional to install them changing it to "D.I.F.Y." which stands for DO IT FOR YOU. We focus more on the service & experience that these solutions will provide & a exceptionable price point. Our new way of providing solutions & services reaches every one of our client from the median income family house hold to the super rich. We are even providing these revolutionary products into commercial based applications. Simplified entertainment control as well as home controlled devices have had a great impact on several Houston families & businesses.
